a demography is an audience that you have selected out as having similar rates to market a product to them .


Quantitative audience research .


Quantitative audience research is when companies gather large amounts of information from large groups of people, this done by emails ,phone calls and face to face surveys to determine how best to make their product appeal to the target audience .


Socio-economic status .

This is to predict someone behaviour on how much someone  earns a year ,where they live and their type of education and their characteristics a person might have


Psychographics

The film industry will use psychographics to target what their audience would typically go for .

Geodemographics

This tells us about the type of people for marketing ,their age ,gender, area they grew up in or live in and they financial status .

  1. Though you have answered the questions, think about the quality and quantity of your response. For a student who is now in sixth form and barely 18months from either entering the work place or going on to University, is this really demonstrating the quality of work that is expected? Remember, the more you engage with the work that is set the better prepared you are going to be for your exam. It is entirely up to you.
