Concept art :   is a form of  i llustration   used to convey an idea for use in films , video games  , animation  , comic books  , or other media before it is put into the final product. Visualisation diagrams : A detailed drawing of what its going to look like , lots of annotation, can be changed up on the way and thought the process of making it . This is use full for one person to have an idea and get it across and a very quick and useful way of people working together  It also gives you a spring board and you can change it up on the way. Flat plans : only with print documents , only for a magazines .Basically a plan for a magazine . Prototypes :First versions of products to see if your product works .                                

Project management: Is the role of ensuring that all aspects of a given production run smoothly by overseeing a number of people/ departments .The pm would ensure that deadlines are met and the brief is followed by leasing with others and holding them to account . Project management is the effective planning and running of a project , from ideas point to the end product and evaluation . Planning requires an outline of the tasks , deadlines and milestones that will be required to manage the project efficiently . Do example with the class: Bluewater website – who is the website for? How can you tell? Layout, font, format, text, content, style, offers, images. The bluewater website is used for people to search up what kind of shops are there and if it targets there type of audience .The layout is a quite simple as it is aimed at all different target groups , the font is pretty big and simple and easy to see and the format is quite neat and easy to read . There are also a lot of images to give the target audience a taster for what there looking at.

When someone owns and starts up a new business ,one of the first thing they will think about is there target audience , a target audience is when a audience is targeted for there likes and interests . If you have a large target audience then your product will be successful and have a lot of interest .Audience research should be done at the start of the business and and after the brief has taken place.
