They are all based in all four nations of the uk  so you can contact your local office if you are considering applying to Creative Europe. They  can offer advice on the phone, via email, in person or via Skype, and creative europe also  hold free information seminars and application workshops.

You want your friends and family to be interested in acting ,the best thing is to not use anyone thats  going to give you problems, as making a film is quite stressful . You need to list all the equipment  and see if you have your own camera ,if not then borrow or buy as a camera is very important ,without  camera it would be impossible to make a film . If you do not have  a camera then don't worry you can rent one . Think out side the box ,if your neighbour has any props or owns a factory of some thing then ask if you can use it as a location .
