Project management: Is the role of ensuring that all aspects of a given production run smoothly by overseeing a number of people/ departments .The pm would ensure that deadlines are met and the brief is followed by leasing with others and holding them to account .


Project management is the effective planning and running of a project , from ideas point to the end product and evaluation .


Planning requires an outline of the tasks , deadlines and milestones that will be required to manage the project efficiently .


A project timeline schedual would need to be created for the creation of the media product to include 

tasks need to be done 

deadlines for each task 


Gantt chart :A giant chart uses horizontal bars to illustrate project completion dates , progress , and milestones and dependencies .Its a management tool


Production schedule : simple tells u what to do .


workflow tool : split by team member so that it is clear who is doing what .


Documentation needed to aid project management ;

contract , budget , call sheet , equipment log

    Some of the spelling within this is not acceptable. Using 1990's text language such as "u" instead of "you" is not acceptable at any level of education. Please read through and correct these errors. All this show's me is that there is a level of disengagement with the work and that you are not trying your best.

    Also, overall this post is lacking in detail a huge amount. If read in isolation I truly believe you would struggle to understand the purpose of this. Please refer back to the work that is on insight and adjust accordingly.

How much were they asking for ? They were asking for £250.000. How much did they get ? They got £255.172 ,this means they got £5.172 over the asking price . The director is Vincent Regan ,this is important because he is a well known and experienced director. This will allow them and  make it more likely to get a lot more money from crowd funding as the people have confidence that the film will be a success . What was the funding for ? You want your friends and family to be interested in acting ,the best thing is to not use anyone thats  going to give you problems, as making a film is quite stressful . You need to list all the equipment  and see if you have your own camera ,if not then borrow or buy as a camera is very important ,without  camera it would be impossible to make a film . If you do not have  a camera then don't worry you can rent one . Think out side the box ,if your neighbour has any props or owns a factory of some thing then ask if you can use it as a location .
